1. Payment by check, money order, Mastercard or Visa.
2. All orders outside the US must be in US dollars payable through a US bank.
3. Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 30 days.
4. All shipments to Massachusetts must include 6.25% sales tax.
5. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

2. Fill out the order form enclosed in this catalog or print the order form from the A.J. Fisher website, www ajfisher.com. Fill it out completely printing clearly.
3. Mail the order form and payment to A. J. Fisher, 3 ½ Center Street, Newburyport, MA 01950 or fax your order to: 978-462-2589.

• We ship our products by USPS or UPS.

• Shipping charges include packing and insurance.

• Shipping outside the continental United States will be priced individually based on the destination point and order size.

$25.00 to $99.00 = $8.00

$100.00 to $199.00 = $12.00

$200.00 to $399.00 = $16.00

$400.00 to $599.00 = $20.00

Model plans are shipped folded outside the US.
