If you choose to send your payment by mail we will ask you please include a list of the items ordered, payment including shipping charges and sales tax if applicable, and a complete address (must include a street address), for shipping, and send to our address below. Payment by mail should be by check or money order in U S. dollars.

Shipping outside the continental US will be priced individually based on the destination point and order size. Email your destination address to us for shipping and insurance cost when ordering.
